About Us
The lutherie workshop Agrimakis was founded in 1959 by my father Dimitris Agrimakis, who was also a luthier.
From a very young age I loved music and learned to play several musical instruments.
I was also fascinated by the instrument making process.
By the time I was 14 years old, I helped my father with making instruments in his shop.
In 1999 the shop passed down to me.
Now I make and repair mandolins, mandolas, historical musical instruments, cretan lutes, cretan lyras and many more string instruments. I also restore antique instruments.
